    Climate Data within the Eco-System Account provides weather station data at the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual resolution for Newfoundland. Daily values of minimum, maximum and average temperature, as well as rainfall, snowfall and total precipitation are also available. Historical data are available as point and polygon data.

    Climate Explorer (Opens in a new Window)

    The Pacific Climate Impacts Consortium's (PCIC) Climate Explorer Tool generates maps, plots and data describing projected future climate conditions for the Pacific and Yukon Region. Climate variables include temperature, precipitation, and humidity. It uses an ensemble of more than 15 Global Climate Models (GCM) and combinations of emissions scenarios provided by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Users can generate custom maps, plots and data projected to the 2020s, 2050s, and 2080s.

    Climate Impacts and Outlook (Opens in a new Window)

    The Climate Impacts and Outlook resource offers a snapshot of recent weather events and anomalies, regional weather impacts on ecosystems and economic sectors, and a forecast for the coming three months displayed through static maps. Historical and future data are available as point, grid and polygon data. Regional impacts and outlooks are available from 2014 to 2017. Current conditions and forecasts of temperature, precipitation, drought, stream flow, winter weather, and ocean conditions are available.

    Climate Portraits (Opens in a new Window)

    Climate Portraits contains historically observed and future modelled climate indicators for various regions of Quebec for 2041-2070 as well as 2071-2100 horizon years. Moderate and high emissions scenarios are available and indicators can be mapped, graphed, or presented in tabular form. Indicators are reported as annual and/or seasonal averages over the horizon period, and include: average, maximum and minimum daily temperature, total precipitation, freeze-thaw events, growing degree days, days over 30C, and maximum 5-day precipitation. Projected climate indicators are compared to historical observations graphically and in tabular form. Data is available for download in csv and json formats.

    CLIMOD 2 (Opens in a new Window)

    CLIMOD2 (Climate Information for Management and Operational Decisions) allows for retrieval and presentation of climate data from one or more stations in the Eastern Atlantic. Historical data are available as point data. Available climate products include daily data for a month, daily degree days, calendar day summaries, and daily/normal graphs. Data could be appended in a graphical or tabular time series.

    Current and Historical Alberta Weather Station Data Viewer (Opens in a new Window)

    The Current and Historical Alberta Weather Station data Viewer is a tool which allows users to retrieve, display, graph and/or download observations from climate stations across Alberta. Variables available include precipitation, temperature, wind, soil moisture, soil temperature, Fire Weather Index, Climate Normals, and Almanac values. Single or multiple stations may be selected from an interactive map, and users may specify the time period of interest. Data is available for download in tabular and graphical formats.

    Données climatiques observations quotidiennes contains hourly, daily, and annual climate data for the province of Quebec for temperature, precipitation (rain, snow and total) and snow on the ground. Data is available in a variety of formats, including maps, graphs, and tables. Data are available as point data for 2016-2018 period.

    Emergency Coastal Flooding Decision Support System (Opens in a new Window)

    The Applied Geomatics Research Group (AGRG) Coastal Storm Surge Interactive Map is a web-based Emergency Coastal Flooding Decision Support System that presents coastal flood risk from storm surges and long term sea-level rise in the Maritimes. Predicted storm surges, predicted total water level, and predicted tide are available as layers. Existing tide stations, critical facilities, surface elevation, bare earth elevation, and tide and storm surge are also viewable as layers.

    Extreme Precipitation in Atlantic Canada (Opens in a new Window)

    Extreme Precipitation in Atlantic Canada is intended to extend the print-based Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) Intensity-Duration-Frequency (IDF) analyses for Atlantic Canada through an interactive web tool. The web tool provides users with enhanced access and visualization of the official ECCC IDF point data. Features include familiar ECCC IDF station based graphs and tables with access through a map based browser interface, IDF graphs and tables based on gridded data to provide information for locations between observing sites, contoured regional and province-specific extreme rainfall maps, downloadable ASCII grid files, and integration of US data for improved visualization at the border and access to US station data.
