    Extreme Precipitation in Atlantic Canada (Opens in a new Window)

    Extreme Precipitation in Atlantic Canada is intended to extend the print-based Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) Intensity-Duration-Frequency (IDF) analyses for Atlantic Canada through an interactive web tool. The web tool provides users with enhanced access and visualization of the official ECCC IDF point data. Features include familiar ECCC IDF station based graphs and tables with access through a map based browser interface, IDF graphs and tables based on gridded data to provide information for locations between observing sites, contoured regional and province-specific extreme rainfall maps, downloadable ASCII grid files, and integration of US data for improved visualization at the border and access to US station data.

    Imiq Data Portal (Opens in a new Window)

    Imiq Data Portal houses hydrologic, climatologic, and soil data collected in Alaska and Western Canada from the early 1900s to the present. The Imiq Data Portal provides a snapshot of available historical hydroclimate data in a map-based view as point data. Users can submit a custom data query, specifying variable of interest, geographic bounds, and time step. Imiq will aggregate and export data records from multiple sources in a common format, with full metadata records.

    The Landscape Conservation Management and Analysis (LC MAP) Data Catalog tool includes resources for Landscape Conservation Cooperatives (LCC). LC MAP was originally developed by the U.S. Geological Survey in coordination with the Great Northern LCC and is broadly available for ScienceBase users to share, access, and analyze common datasets.
